Su nombre se da porque es un t\u00fanel descendente que va formando una espiral a medida que aumenta la profundidad. Se puede observar una placa del sistema cabrestante (winche) tipo Almon Johnson, partes del sistema de tuber\u00edas y lavamanos. Alrededor del naufragio, hay un arrecife coralino con peces loros, cojin\u00faas, \u00e1ngeles, morenas, langostas y espor\u00e1dicamente tiburones grises de arrecife. Presenta un fondo rocoso, rodeado de arena, donde se pueden observar colonias de coral estrella (<i>Montastrea<\/i>, <i>Orbicellas<\/i> y <i>Siderastrea<\/i>), coral cerebro (<i>Diploria<\/i> y <i>Pseudodiploria<\/i>), entre otros. Entre peque\u00f1as cuevas se pueden encontrar morenas, y una variedad de peces como los globo, \u00e1ngel, trompeta y cofre, as\u00ed como, pepinos de mar, <\/span><span lang=\"ES\" style=\"font-style: normal;font-size: 11pt;line-height: 107%;font-family: Aptos, sans-serif\">langostas y nudibranquios. Se observan peces como pargos, roncos, loro, \u00e1ngel, trompeta y pez le\u00f3n.
